CPR Training, Testing and Certification

Welcome to CPR Test Center. For over 12 years CPR Test Center has provided world-class training with techniques developed by Dr. Gordon A. Ewy and Dr. Karl B. Kern at the Sarver Heart Center.

In San Luis Obispo approximately 90% of sudden cardiac arrest victims die before reaching the hospital. Getting certified is an important asset that confirms you have received proper training from a trusted and respected provider. Schools, public places, and many businesses have AEDs. Do you know what it is and how to use it when someone suffers a cardiac emergency?

Our training courses are offered completely free of charge to anyone who has the desire to learn life-saving CPR techniques. However we do charge a fee for Official CPR Certification. This fee covers the cost of administration, certificate registration, user support, printing and mailing of the CPR card. The total cost is a one time fee of $24.99 for the CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate and $34.99 for the BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate.
